These Website Terms & Conditions (the "Terms & Conditions") provide information about the operation and use of the West Station website available at the http://www.weststation.com.pl/ link (the "West Station Website").

   1. Please read these Terms & Conditions below carefully. By using the West Station Website, the User is deemed to have read and accepted the Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions below, do not access or use the West Station Website.

4. Terms of Use of the West Station Website

   1. The West Station Website is available to Users via the following web browsers:

Administrator shall investigate any such occurrence and may alert and co-operate with law enforcement authorities regarding such violation, as well as pursue all remedies available at law.

5. Intellectual property

   1. The copyright in the contents of the West Station Website (including, but not limited to the text, graphics, links and sounds) is owned by or licensed to the Administrator. The User shall not copy any contents from the West Station Website in any manner without the prior written approval from the Administrator.
